When Gary Dyer bought a restaurant from a friend six years ago in Lebanon, Missouri (located about 160 miles southwest of St. Louis off I-44), he decided to give it the look of a Louisiana Bayou Fish House. To help with that dream, he turned to CostalDecorShop.com to open Gary’s Catfish and BBQ.
Diners at Gary’s restaurant are treated like family and are treated nightly to catfish. This delicious dish has won several national and state awards. Gary’s barbeque is referred to by some as the best they’ve ever tasted and has been known to attract people from miles away. In addition to these items, Gary’s Catfish and BBQ offers a full menu with steaks, sandwiches, and homemade chicken strips.
Fun and festive signs hang all over the restaurant, lights adorn walls, and bayou decorations are found everywhere. Restaurant patrons feel like they are experiencing a little Louisiana bayou magic.
